'Game changing line' in East African nation

It's been almost two years since Kenya's Standard Gauge railway, dubbed the Madaraka Express, made its maiden trip from the coastal city of Mombasa to the capital, Nairobi. Part of its economic blueprint "Vision 2030," it aims to transform the east African nation's economic, political and social state in just over a decade.
