AFRICA'S MOST FAVOURITE DRINK: SOBOLO RECIPE | ZOBO

Hi everyone! Let’s get right into this fruity sobolo or zobo recipe, Africa's most favourite drink! it is called Bissap in the french speaking countries! discover how to make a tasty sobolo !
Ingredients:
1 packet dried hibiscus flowers
50 gr grains of selim
10 gr dried pepper
15 gr cloves
10 gr pepercorns
4 cinnamon stick sor 13 gr
1 1/2 cup brow sugar (optional)
1 pineapple
2 oranges
2 lemons
3,5 litres water
150 gr fresh ginger
