Africa Human Rights Film Festival 2023 - Festival Trailer

The Africa Human Rights Film Festival 2023 is taking place in Cape Town from October 18 - 20.
The festival theme sits on the intersection of raising awareness on human rights and fighting Climate Change. The festival, supported by Oxfam will see more than 30 films on human rights and climate change being screened across three venues. The Labia Theatre will curtain raise the festival on the open night set to be attended by civil society, academia, policy makers, filmgoers and filmmakers. The US Consulate is set to attend and provide opening remarks. The African Climate & Development Initiative at the University of Cape Town and the Isivivana Community Centre in Khayelitsha will host other screenings, discussions and workshops.
