Africa’s Most Elusive Animal!!

In this video you can see an African Aardvark or ‘Ant Bear’ returning to a burrow that he has dug. These animals are highly shy and elusive. Getting a glimpse of one is rare. They feed on ants and termites by digging holes into ground with their long claws. They locate their food with their acute sense of hearing. They dig into the ground not only to find food but to hide their young and as protection against predators.
