African Development Bank response to COVID-19 in Morocco .

The African Development Bank through its COVID-19 Rapid Response Facility in Morocco established a support program through the National Social Security Fund in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The African Development Bank provided 264 million euros in support of this program. The two objectives are combat COVID- 19 and support the Morrocan economy. The program increased the number of hospitals authorized for screening and testing and provided relief to millions through economic recovery while preserving 75% of jobs. Providing relief where it is needed most.
