American Designer Rethinks Liberian Fashion

Archel Bernard is the owner of the Bombchel Factory in Monrovia, Liberia. She's trying to give traditional Liberian and West African fashion a makeover. She also hires women hard-hit by domestic violence and Ebola. But this is no charity – the clothes are cool too.
