Hey guys, as a first-generation Haitian-American graduate student one thing that severely limits me is finances. But ask and you shall receive! Super grateful to have been given the opportunity to make it to the American College of Physicians Conference (ACEP) held in Denver, CO this past weekend in October for free! Attending conferences in any field you are in is a great opportunity to meet people, put yourself out there, learn and create opportunities for growth! Hope you guys enjoy this mini travel vlog. The conference was 4 days, but I was only able to attend it for 1 day (secondary to limited funding and time off during the third year of medical school). Yet & still we make it work!
