In today`s video we are making simple Wet Fry Beef with Onions served with Ugali from & Avocado Kachumbari.

INGREDIENTS
1 Large Red Onion
1/2 Kg of Beef (boiled & salted)
1 tbs Minced Garlic
2 Tbs Mushrooms Dark Soy sauce
1 Dhania (Cilantro)
Pinch of Chilli Flakes
