Carnival : Guinea Bissau - West Africa -Documentary - Circa - 1995

I was the only person given rights to be the official and only videographer to capture this rare event. The country had gone through much turmoil and it was soon after this went through another civil war. Cholera was a real problem and rampant fuel shortages and food and electricity and a failing economy.These people were not deterred from their yearly celebration.
