Equatorial Guinea is one of those countries hardly anyone ever asks me about but it proved to be the most difficult to visit. It's a "special" country. I was fortunate to receive a tour of the new capitol city Djibloho, which looked very impressive already (2016)! At the far end of a golf course behind a luxury hotel I spotted two chimps.

They were free to run off but had obviously grown accustomed to humans. A good guess would be that they were taken from their mother at a young age and fostered by humans. However that is only a guess. They were very curious and reminded me of four year old children. About the same intelligence but clearly much stronger!!

I actually have about 20 minutes of unedited video footage but who wants to see that? Here's a taste for you. Equatorial Guinea became the saga's 100th country
