Constitutional referendum results disputed in Central African Republic

Provisional results of a referendum in the Central African Republic show 95% of voters want to change the constitution.
That would allow President Faustin-Archange Touadera to stay in office longer.
The opposition and human rights groups have rejected the results. They say the referendum is illegal.
