D.R. Congo elections: Poll body begins releasing provisional results

One of the leading presidential candidates in the Democratic Republic of Congo says Wednesday's general election should be annulled. Moise Katumi cited 'massive fraud' in the poll. Other opposition candidates have also called for a protest next week.
