De Beers, Angola government ink MoU to boost diamond output, exploration

Angola has implemented wide-ranging reforms and improved geological studies to entice investors back to its diamond mining sector. Diamond mining giant, De Beers, which pulled out of Angola in 2012, is among the major companies making a return.
