Deadly earthquake Morocco: at least 296 people killed | LiveNOW from FOX

A rare, powerful earthquake struck Morocco, killing hundreds of people in the mountains near the historic city of Marrakech.

Morocco’s Interior Ministry said that at least 296 people had been killed and at least 153 injured people were sent to hospitals for treatment.

The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake had a preliminary magnitude of 6.8.
