Djibouti’s finance minister says country affected most by Red Sea crisis

Djibouti’s minister for economy and finance Ilyas Musa Dawaleh admitted the shipping crisis along the Red Sea is the first of its kind to the country, and Djibouti never anticipated such an event. But he added that the country has learned from previous crises and has a comprehensive response in all sectors.
