Last year, Algeria's protest movement toppled longtime leader Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
But protesters are still demanding change, because they say many of the old political elite are still in charge.
New president Abdelmadjid Tebboune has promised to address their complaints.
On Sunday, his government held a nationwide referrendum to approve changes to the constitution.
They include the introduction of presidential term limits, giving more powers to parliament and allowing the military to be deployed abroad.
But many Algerians say the changes don't go far enough.
