Echeane Aneku Ijija Lagos State

Annually, Dr. Muktari Ike, the Lagos State Ebira Community Cultural Director hosts Ebira People in diaspora in Dopemu and are treated to variety of cultural Programme amongst which are New Yam celebration and Masquerade parade. He does this every October 1 in Lagos, and the programme has since become a time for old friends and family members to reunite, while reenacting the cultural practices in the homeland.
