Elections to be held in Nigeria's northeast despite Boko Haram attacks

Nigeria's Independent Electoral Commission has said it will conduct elections in the north east despite continued attacks by Boko Haram insurgents. The commission says, it is working closely with security agencies to map out polling stations and register voters in volatile parts of the north north east. CGTN'S Kelechi Emekalam has more.
