Expats vote Uganda as best place to live in Africa

Expatriates living in Uganda have a welcomed a report ranking the country as the best place to live in Africa. According to the new survey by Expat Insider, the East African nation is ranked 25th in the world. Its closest African rival is Kenya, in 46th position. Hillary Ayesiga reports.
