US officials say North Korea may be planning to give weapons to Russia.
Media reports say North Korean leader Kim Jong Un could travel by armoured train to meet President Vladimir Putin.
But there's been no confirmation from Moscow or Pyongyang.
Talks between the Presidents of Russia and Turkey have failed to revive a deal, that allows Ukraine to export its grain through the Black Sea.
Moscow refused to extend the deal in July.

Niger's military-appointed prime minister says he hopes a deal can be reached soon with ECOWAS.
The West African regional body has threatened military action in Niger, following the coup there in July.
In Democratic Republic of Congo, the military governor of North Kivu province has been recalled, following the killing of at least 50 protesters.

The ASEAN summit is underway in the Indonesian capital Jakarta.
