Gambian President Yahya Jammeh declared a state of emergency after refusing to hand over power to opposition leader Adama Barrow, who won the country’s presidential election on Dec. 1. Meanwhile, Gambia's National Assembly has passed a resolution to allow President Yahya Jammeh, to stay in office for three months from Wednesday when he was due to leave power. Richard Green reports.
