Gender Responsive Public Servicing in Zimbabwe during COVID

Intimate partner violence and unpaid care work are some of the factors that were worsened under the Covid 19 pandemic in Zimbabwe. Institutional capacity for service providers became limited and inevitably affecting the quality of service delivery. With support from ActionAid, research was conducted on Gender Responsive Public Servicing during this time.
