Government or God: South Africa's Water Crisis

South Africa will not have enough water for its citizens by 2030. That's according to the Department of Water and Sanitation in their 2018 master plan. And there’s a range of reasons - drought, infrastructure, management, politics, lack of accountability, and a constant blame game.
