Guinea’s military leader, Mamadi Doumbouya, landed Wednesday in Bamako. He was welcomed by Mali’s military ruler, Assimi Goïta. The "goodwill and working visit" as stated by a communiqué came on the eve of Mali's 62nd independence anniversary and an ECOWAS extraordinary summit in New York Thursday
