There are now different versions, such as the Finnish, Japanese, Chinese, Myanmar-Burmese, and the African versions, which is now available in Yoruba, Igbo, and Hausa.
Yes, we are proud as Africans to be part of this celebration of Christ worldwide. Indeed, Nigeria was given the first consideration in Africa to have the song sung in the three major ethnic languages, which has resulted in an unprecedented recognition of our culture globally.
