Hope you all are doing very well. Today I am back with a brand new video. In this video, I a showing you how I connect to my Divine Feminine Energy through Dance. In Caribbean culture, we believe in the veneration of the dead.

Since the 17th century, slaves had combined Roman Catholic saints with African/Latin religion for their protection. We had to hide religious beliefs from our slave masters & used Christianity as a veil to worship our saints. Honoring our ancestors is very important for our spiritual growth & connection to our #Orishas. So DANCE!

As a child, my grandmother would play music; we would dance, give praise, and cook. If you are looking to become more connected to your #ancestors, put on 𝔸𝕗𝕣𝕚𝕔𝕒𝕟 𝕄𝕦𝕤𝕚𝕔 and ᴅᴀɴᴄᴇ. Ancestors love music & during slavery, we communicated through music. Give your ancestors ʀᴜᴍ, ꜰʟᴏᴡᴇʀꜱ, ꜰʀᴀɢʀᴀɴᴄᴇ ᴀɴᴅ ʜᴏᴍᴇᴄᴏᴏᴋᴇᴅ ꜰᴏᴏᴅ. I will soon make a video on how to connect with your ancestors!!
