Nigerian Human Resources Professionals from a number of companies in a range of sectors are expecting to lose large numbers of their staff as foreign post graduate courses begin in September 2022. It’s only part of a trend that has seen Nigeria lose a large number of skilled workers to the labor markets of countries like the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the Netherlands.

Over half of the 72,000 doctors registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria practice outside the country.
