Peanut Butter, Greens and Sweet Potatoes? Sounds delicious to me! Bea is an amazing Ugandan cook! So she is showing us how to cook Malakwang sauce and African Sweet potatoes, which is a staple of the Acholi tribe in northern Uganda. Malakwang is also well known as Gongura in India.
