3 fresh tomatoes 🍅

3 cubes

4-5 pieces of hot 🌶, ( optional)

About 1 table spoon chicken flavor bouillon

About 1/2 teaspoon of salt

About 1/4 cup of dry shrimp 🦐

About 2 cups of palm oil

About 2 cups of water, to cook the meat

Okra( use the amount that fits your family size)

Meat/fish:

Chicken, cow skin, dry fish, smoked fish, shrimps,

crab🦀, or any meat of your choice.
