I cooked Lafidi, Aissatou’s favourite breakfast.

Lafidi Ingredients:

Jackato or Eggplant
Okra
Pepper
Maggi or bouillon cubes
Dry Fish

Rice
Water

Topping:
Benny Mix (Pounded Sesame seed)
Kenda (Pounded Kenda seed)
Coconut Oil or Butter
Maggi or Bouillon cube
Serve with Fried fish
