Ingredients:

1 1/2 Couscous

1 tbsp unsalted butter

1/2 tsp nutmeg


For the cream:

300ml cottage cheese

300ml double cream

300ml Greek yogurt

150ml single cream

1/4 cup coconut powder

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract


For the toppings:

Pineapple

Raisins

You can use as many fresh fruits, dried fruits as you want or don’t put any.
