Ginger juice is a common juice within the sub region of Africa or around the world, there are many different recipes of making it but my recipe is simple,easy to follow & full of flavor.Ginger is considered safe and nutritious when eaten raw as part of a healthy diet. Concentrated supplements deliver the root’s chemical compounds in higher doses and run the risk of causing possible side effects, like heartburn, gas, or diarrhea.
Ingredients:-
1 lb. Of raw ginger
11/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of pineapple juice ( optional )
1tsp of vanilla extract
