Ingredients:
250g All purpose flour
225g unsalted softened butter (Room temperature)
120g castor sugar
1/4 cup ( 60g) cornstarch
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla essence / extract
1/2 teaspoon salt

Piping tip: 2FT and TSL 824

Instructions:
Preheat oven at 170°C/340°F.
In a mixing bowl, add the room softened butter. Add sugar and salt. Mix them using an electric hand or stand mixer until creamy, light and fluffy.

Add the egg yolks, heavy cream and vanilla extract. Mix till well combined.

Sift the cake flour and cornstarch in batches. Fold in using a spatula. Sift the remaining dry ingredients until well combined

Transfer the dough into a piping bag. i used 2FT and TSL 824.
Bake in preheated oven at 150°C for 20min until golden brown
Let your cookies cool then serve with your preferred drink. Enjoy
