1. 5 1/2 cups Parboiled Rice or White Rice
2. Cured salt pork
3. Corn Beef
4. Smoked Fish
5. Any Fish of your Choice
6. Any seasoning of your choice.
7. Okra
8. Bitter Ball/ Garden Eggs
9. Habanero Peppers
10. Red Palm Oil
11. Vegetable Oil for frying
