Ingredients:

Filling:
- ground beef
- bell peppers
- onions
- oil ( vegetable or olive )
- any seasoning of your choice
- 2 tbs flour

Dough:
- 4 cups flour
- 2 sticks or 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup + 3 tbs cold water
