How To Make MAFRUM (Libyan Meat Stuffed Potatoes)

INGREDIENTS
500g mince meat
6 large potatoes
2 eggs for meat mixture
2 eggs for coating Mafrum
Handful of parsley
2 medium onions
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
Half a teaspoon cinnamon
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Salt & Pepper
6 cloves of garlic
Oil for frying
