INGREDIENTS for SMOKEY PARTY JOLLOF RICE
*5 & 1/2 cup Rice (Tin Cup)
*1 kilo turkey
*7-8 pieces beef
*210g Tomato Paste (2 small satchet & half)
*1 & 1/2 Cup blended tomato/Pepper mix
1 &1/2 cup Chicken or Beef Stock
2 big size Onions (chopped)
150 ML vegetable Oil (2 Cooking spoon)
2 tspn Curry powder
2 tspn Thyme
1 Tspn Ginger powder
1 Tspn garlic power
1 tbspn fresh ginger & garlic paste
3-4 seasoning Cubes
1.5 Tbspn Salt or to taste
✳️Tomatoes & Pepper Mix
*5-6 Medium Size Tomatoes
*4-5 Cayenne Pepper (Shombo)
*3-5 Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Atarodo)
* 2-3 Red Bell pepper (Tatashey)
*2 Medium size Onions
✳️For Garnishing
* 2-3 Fresh Tomatoes
*I small size Onions
*4 Tablespoon Cooking margarine
✳️Spices used (highly optional)
1/2 Tspn Napa Jollof spice
1/2 Tspn Maggi Jollof seasoning
✳️ To Boil protein
* 1 kilo turkey
*7-8 pieces beef
* 2-3 seasoning Cubes
*1 Tspn Curry powder
*1 Tspn Thyme
*1 tbspn ginger/garlic paste
*1 small Fresh pepper
*1/2 tspn nutmeg powder (optional)
✳️ To fry chicken
Vegetable oil (enough to deep fry)
1 small onion
You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
