HOW TO MAKE NIGERIAN STYLE CURRY POWDER

RECIPE:::::::
Turmeric powder 4 1/2 tablespoons
Coriander powder 2 tablespoons
Mustard powder 1 teaspoon
Ginger powder 2 tablespoons
Fennel powder 1/2 teaspoon
Fenugreek powder 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg powder 1 teaspoon
Rice flour 2 tablespoons
Cloves 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions......
Mix all this powdered spices together and store in an air tight container or glass jar with a cover and store inside kitchen cabinet.
If using the seeds, make sure to grind it very well into fine powder
