Pinkaso is a flour dumpling used to accompany hausa kooko, you can have it as a snack on its own. it is one of the staple from the northern region of Ghana.

ingredients:

3 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoon dried yeast
1 medium size onoin
pepper to taste
about 2 cups of lukewarm water
