How to Resolve Invalid Channel on GOtv to get Channel 29
If you are having the issue of Invalid channel, here is a simple step to resolve it and get to watch your favourite show on channel 29, channel 2 and every other channels.


1. Press the MENU button on your remote
2. Click on ADVANCE OPTIONS to move to the next stage
3. Then click on INSTALLATION to access the Scam and Reset
4. Click on RESET  to start your GOtv again
5. Then follow up with the reset format by choosing, Antenna power OFF, and your GOtv is back.  


Make sure to tune to Channel 29 to watch the big brother naija (BBNaija) live reality TV show. If the channel is not showing, you have to RESCAN to get the GOtv BBNaija channel.
Make sure your GOtv is activated and you are subscribed to GOtv Max or GOtv Jolli to be able to view the Big Brother Naija (BBN) show on GOtv channel 29.
If it’s showing GOTV error E016 , you can clear this by sending “RESET IUC to 4688” using the phone number linked to your GoTV decoder. You can also dial visit http://eazy.gotvafrica.com/?country=Nigeria to clear gotv error codes.
If all these don’t work, contact GoTV customer care.
