The 2nd highest waterfall, CASCADES D'OUZOUD (OUZOUD WATERFALL) in Morocco, offers breathtaking views and you can get very close to the falls if you rent a boat.
There are 600 steps to go down, which is not a problem. But coming back is a problem as you are going uphill. I was out of breath after returning to my tour bus.
