In conversation with Zambia's High Commissioner Emmanuel Mwamba

Over a week ago I spoke to two gentlemen from the Barotseland, the kingdom of the Lozi people right here on the Globe. The region became part of Zambia at the country's independence in 1964.
Before that, it was a protectorate under British colonial rule. To talk more on this issue and other developments in Zambia, we joined by Zambia's High Commissioner to South Africa, His Excellency Emmanuel Mwamba.
