The forum is also a part of the 700th anniversary celebrations of Vilnius. Financial support is provided by the Lithuanian Council for Culture, Nordplus Horizontal, and the City of Vilnius. The forum will take place at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre and the Litexpo Exhibition Centre, in conjunction with the ArtVilnius contemporary art fair.

Spanning over four days, the forum offers multidisciplinary space for attendees enjoined by a commitment to innovation and creativity in the fields of music, stage arts, and entertainment. Event will explore the challenges and opportunities presented by the advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Metaverse technologies, among others. The scope of the forum encompasses music, stage arts, opera, entertainment, games, management of creativity and more, aiming to serve as a platform for experienced and emerging professionals primarily in the Baltic and Nordic countries while also inviting international, cross-sectoral expertise. Activities include presentations, discussions, and networking events.

Besides serving as a catalyst for new creative ideas, anticipated results of the forum include the forming of new partnerships, the initiation of new collaborations, and building up the potential for subsequent research and development opportunities. Speakers and leading panelists from multidisciplinary sectors will contribute to a diverse dialogue, emphasizing the forum's value as a middle ground for innovation and collaboration.
