Insurers are South Africa's most loved FSPs

Insurance is often seen as a grudge purchase. But, in South Africa it seems insurers are the most loved Financial Service Provider. They outperformed the banking, telco and even the retail sector. That's based on research by PwC and DataEQ which looks at sentiment on social media. We discuss the findings with PwC's Riaan Singh. #DStv403
