Kenya's Defence Force troops arrive in Goma, DRC for Regional Force Peacekeeping Mission

Kenya's Defence Force troops have landed in the city of Goma in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo.

This forms part of the East African Community Regional Force Peacekeeping Mission. Their arrival comes as the M23 rebel group surges across the DRC's North Kivu province, capturing a large territory.
