Ingredients:
1/2 Red onion sliced
Drizzle lemon juice
2 tomatoes chopped
Handful of coriander / Dhania chopped
Boiled water to cover the onions
1/2 green pepper
1 tsp salt
Cucumber
Black pepper
1 tbsp of BBQ sauce or sweet chili sauce (optional)
