King of Eswatini appoints new PM as anti-monarchy protests flare

The king of Eswatini has labelled anti-monarchy protesters as "satanic" and has appointed a new prime minister, ignoring calls for democratic reforms.
At least 27 people have reportedly been killed since the demonstrations began in June.
