🥘 Ingredients:
800g of scored chicken on the bone (or 1 medium chicken cut into pieces)
2 medium tomatoes, puréed
2 medium onions, puréed
Juice of ½ a lemon
1 teaspoon of ginger paste
1 teaspoon of garlic paste
5 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 level teaspoon of salt (or to taste)
1 level teaspoon of red chilli powder
½ teaspoon of crushed chillies
¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
300ml of coconut milk
A handful of fresh coriander
4 fresh green chillies
1 teaspoon of garam masala
