Lunch break: Cooking class with chef Sheriff Sambou (The Gambia)

LSHTM is based across three main hubs in the UK, Uganda and The Gambia. To celebrate the diverse cultures of our staff in these locations, we worked with chef Sheriff Sambou from Yosh Restaurant to give the LSHTM community a flavour of life in The Gambia.
