Christian stated that Africa will not experience its fullest potential without women being in powerful places. Africa will also need for people in the diaspora to return and share their experiences and expertise to push the continent forward. This episode also talks about the change of leadership in Africa to reflect the current and modern problems. Essentially, the continent of Africa needs an upgrade in leadership and more young people and women should be in power to bring about transformative change.
